Book of Randomness

Hello. Sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything. Nothing has really been happening in my life... How boring. I did however start a journal. I am calling it Book of Randomness because it is journal of random things that I think of or happen in my life. I'm excited cause this is my first time doing something like this. :) I have already filled 4 pages in this book and have high hopes for it. :) Wish me luck.

Armstrong Atlantic State University!

YAY! I got in to Armstrong Atlantic. I am sooooo happy. Armstrong is located in Savannah, Georgia, a place that I love very much, and I can't wait to go there. Go Pirates!

Blu Greek Taverna and a Cat Named Maru

So today on this fine Saturday I went to the Mall of Georgia to get my prom dress and we went at around 3 of 4, which by the way is a bad idea cause the traffic was bad leaving the mall. After leaving the mall me and the family went to go drop off my brother's car off to him and he lives in Marietta. While we were in Marietta we all went out to dinner to a restaurant called the Blu Greek Taverna which was AWESOME! I would recommend it to anyone. It may be a little expensive but it was worth it. I had the moussaka which is a Greek lasagna and is fantastic. The service was great and the dishes were fantastic. :) So after we left we went back to my brother's apartment and he burned a CD for my parents cause they didn't have it. While we were wait for it to burn we started watching this cat who is named Maru and who lives in Japan. Maru is on You Tube so you can go watch it anytime and I recommend that you do. Maru is also the most famous internet cat.  Have a wonderful day!

Blood Drive

So today was the blood drive at my school and I donated my blood. I did this last year as well. I didn't feel ill or anything and I didn't pass out. If you can you should really donate blood at least every once in a while because it is for a good cause and it helps save lives. If you don't like needles then I understand. :)

Doctor Who Season 5

Yay!!! I finally got the first two disk of Doctor Who season 5. I am really excited and have a wonderful feeling about this season. This season is about the regenerated 11th incarnation of Doctor Who, who is a time-traveling alien who crosses the universe to confront nefarious threats to humanity's survival. As the good Doctor journeys through time and space in his specialized police box spaceship, TARDIS, he is joined by new companion Amy Pond in a battle of wits against a fresh batch of villains. This show may sound a little funny cause it is but it really is a great show. Don't start off with this season cause you will not understand it, start from the beginning. Well if you do decide to watch it enjoy!

Bones Season 5

Finally, finally, finally. Bones season 5 is on Netflix Watch Instantly so I can now watch the new season without any commercials and without having to wait. :) Bones is one of my favorite TV shows and that is saying something cause I don't watch that much TV, I mostly read. So I just finished the first episode which was great. They really started season 5 off with a band. For those of you who have not watched Bones then I don't want to say much to give anything away but for those who have, there is a bit of development between Bones and Booth. For those of you who haven't even herd of he show and don't know what it is about then I will tell you. This show is inspired by the work of a real-life forensic anthropologist and writer Dr. Temperence Brennan (Emily Deschanel), A.K.A Bones, who is an employee of a Smithsonian-like institution who has a knack for finding clues in the bones of murder victims. Dr. Brennan is called in to assist law enforcement in their investigations, she's often teamed with a government agent (David Boreanaz) who mistrusts the connection between science and solving crime.  I recommend this show for those who like the crime and mystery shows. If you don't like those kind of shows you should watch it anyways cause it will get you hooked.

Snow and no school!!!!!

So today in Georgia we have lots of snow. :) I mean inches of snow. We also have no school for two days. When I first went outside it was nice soft snow kinda crunchy on the top but you could roll around in it. Though as it got later in the day it started to sleet and a layer of ice formed. Right now it is very icy, but before it got very icy me and my brothers built this snowman but he only has  a bottom and a head so he is short and fat. :) My dog Ruby loves the snow and if you throw snowballs at her then she catches them.
